Llanfair-Learners is a well established independent driving school operated by Phil since 2004, prior to which he had acquired his personal approach to teaching via a period with another well-known local driving school. He is fully qualified as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with full Theory and Hazard Perception experience, having passed the DSA test’s to the higher Instructor level. He is also a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM). Phil’s passion for driving/riding will soon rub off on you!
